April Wolford
April Wolford is an attorney that has worked in the real estate title profession since 1993 and has been involved in all aspects of the business. She excels and enjoys searching and examining the title records along with the challenge of presenting the required information for buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and watching various sports.
Heather Huls
After many years of working on the mortgage lending side in 2015 I made the switch to the title company side of real estate. I now have opportunities to work with both buyers and sellers and a variety of lenders and realtors through the entire closing process. In addition to my love of real estate, I also enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and spending time outdoors.
